Visiting the site

The site does not use advertising, advertising trackers or third-party analytics, and we do not set cookies to track you. Like any web server, ours receives your IP address and standard request details (such as browser type and the page requested), which are used to deliver pages, keep the service secure and diagnose problems.

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to fetch them. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam, which processes your IP address and browser signals under Cloudflare’s terms.

Contact form

When you submit the contact form, we receive the information you provide: your name, email address and, if you choose, your organization, role, timeline, what you want to automate and your message, along with the page you sent it from. Your IP address is used briefly in memory to limit repeated submissions, and our server logs record your email address with each delivery and confirmation for troubleshooting.

We use this information to reply to you and to follow up on your inquiry. The message is delivered to our inbox through our email provider, and you receive a short confirmation that does not repeat your message. We may record your name, email address, organization and role in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, and post a short notice of the inquiry, without your email address, in our internal team workspace.

Booking a call

The “Book a call” link opens a scheduling page hosted by Google Calendar. Information you enter there is handled by Google and shared with us so we can hold the meeting.

LinkedIn Page analytics

We use LinkedIn’s APIs, with read-only access, to measure how content on the OMEGACORTEX LinkedIn Page and our team members’ posts performs, including impressions, reactions, comments and the LinkedIn members who engage with them, as LinkedIn makes that information available to Page administrators. We use it only to understand the reach of our own content. We do not use the API to publish content, we do not sell this information, and we do not combine it with data from other sources to build advertising profiles.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the service providers we use to run the site and our business, such as hosting, email delivery, spam protection, scheduling and CRM, and only as needed for those services, or when reasonably necessary to meet legal obligations, protect rights or address security incidents.

Retention

We keep inquiries and related contact records as long as needed to respond and to maintain a business relationship, and server logs only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing ivan@omegacortex.ai. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.

Children

omegacortex.ai is intended for businesses and public-sector organizations and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
